Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will grant you complete command over your electronic mail accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a new email box account in no time and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward email messages from one mailbox to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your mail accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming messages according to specific rules defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one email account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Simply choose the e-mail account you wish to redirect messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
